How to play Champions League Auction

Bid for a portfolio of Champions League clubs, then score from every result.

How Champions League Auction works: each member receives a 100 dollar auction budget, all 36 clubs are auctioned, and every club result scores three points for a win, one for a draw, and zero for a loss.

The full rules

  • All members must join before auction preparation begins. Membership locks when the auction is prepared.
  • The scheduled time is the earliest the auction may begin. It does not start automatically.
  • After every member is ready, the commissioner presses Start auction.
  • Members bid from equal starting budgets. Clubs cannot be assigned manually before or after the auction.
  • All-in rules settle a bid when a member does not have enough money for the next full increase.
  • When regular bidding ends, Sloopio distributes any clubs still available and starts the league.
  • Auction results are final. Sloopio records the official fixtures and results used to score the league.
