Other Personal Information: You may decide to provide Sloopio with additional information intended to be shared with other users.
Internet Activity Information: When you visit, use, and interact with the Services, we may receive certain information about your visit, use, or interactions. For example, we may monitor the number of people that visit the Services, peak hours of visits, which page(s) are visited, the domains our visitors come from (e.g., google.com, yahoo.com, etc.), and which browsers people use to access the Services (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, etc.), broad geographical information, and navigation patterns. In particular, the following information is created and automatically logged in our systems:
Cookie and Tracking Technology Information: Please see the “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” section below to learn more about how we use cookies and tracking technologies.
Usage Information: We collect information about how you use our Services, such as the types of content that you view or engage with, the features you use, the actions you take, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities.

For more details on cookies please visit All About Cookies.
On most web browsers, you will find a “help” section on the toolbar. Please refer to this section for information on how to receive a notification when you are receiving a new cookie and how to turn cookies off.

Online Tracking and Do Not Track Signals: We and our third-party service providers may use cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities over time. If we do respond to DNT signals in the future, we will update this Privacy Notice to describe how we do so. For details, including how to turn on Do Not Track, visit www.donottrack.us.

You may also have the right to object to how we process Personal Information, or to withdraw your consent if our use is based on consent.
Please note that to protect your information and the integrity of our products, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
Under certain U.S. Privacy Laws, you may also designate an authorized agent to make these requests on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent to submit a request, we may need to collect additional information, such as a government issued ID, to verify your identity before processing your request to protect your information.
For more information about the possibility of submitting an opt-out request, please refer to the Your Choices section below, or submit a data subject access request.
The information we collect, use, and disclose about you will vary depending on how you interact with the Services. To find out more please visit the following sections of this Privacy Notice: Personal Information We Collect, How We Use Personal Information, and Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, you may do so by contacting us as set forth in the “Contact Us” section below. After we receive your request, we may request additional information from you to verify your identity. Your authorized agent may submit requests in the same manner, although we may require the agent to present signed written permission to act on your behalf, and you may also be required to independently verify your identity with us and confirm that you have provided the agent permission to submit the request.
CHILDREN
This part of our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information for users who are at least 13 but under 18. It’s written for you, our younger users, and for the parents and guardians who help look after you. Please read it together with the rest of this Privacy Notice. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from individuals in the U.S. who are under the age of 13. If a child under 13 submits Personal Information to Sloopio and we learn that the Personal Information is the information of a child under the age of 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. If you believe that we might have any Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, please contact us as set forth in the “Contact Us” section below. If you are under 13, the rest of this section does not apply to you. We handle information about children under 13 differently and as required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
By using our services, or by accepting this notice where we ask you to, you agree to the practices described here. Where the law requires your permission (or a parent’s or guardian’s permission) before we do something with your information, we will ask for it separately and clearly.
The Short Version
- We collect only the information we need to provide the Service.
- We do not sell your information, show you ads based on your activity across other sites and apps (“targeted advertising”), or use your information to make important automated decisions about you (“profiling”).
- You can ask to see, correct, download, or delete your information at any time. A parent or guardian can do this for younger users.
What We Collect: We collect only the Personal Information we reasonably need to provide and improve our Service. We won’t make you share extra information just to use a game, feature, prize, or activity. Some information gets extra care. We treat information about younger users as sensitive. We tell you what we collect, and why, at or before the time we collect it.
How We Use Your Information: We use your information to run, provide, and improve our Service.
When We Share Your Information: We share Personal Information with other companies only as described above in this Privacy Notice. When we do, we tell you the kinds of information we share and the kinds of companies we share it with. As explained above, if we know you are under 18, we won’t sell your information or use it for targeted advertising.
Keeping Your Information Safe: We use reasonable measures to protect your personal information and keep it confidential and secure.
Your Choices And Rights: You (or a parent or guardian, for younger users) can ask us to:
- See the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct information that’s wrong;
- Delete your personal information; and
- Get a copy of your information in a portable format.
To make a request, use the contact details or request tools below in the “Contact Us” section. We’ll respond as quickly as we can, and no later than the time the law allows (generally within 45 days). Using your rights is free, and we won’t treat you unfairly for doing so. For a request about a user under 13, we’ll first use reasonable efforts to confirm that you’re a parent or guardian.
Where You Live Matters: Privacy laws for teens differ from state to state; some protect users under 16, others everyone under 18, and they set different rules for advertising, selling data, and profiling. Rather than apply different rules to different users, we follow the strongest protection that could apply, so you always get the benefit of the most protective standard.
Questions: If you or your parent or guardian have any questions about how we handle your information, please contact us using the details below in the “Contact Us” section. We’re happy to help.
