How to play EPL Tokens

Spend limited club tokens on one pick each matchweek.

How EPL Tokens works: pick one club each matchweek, use each club twice, earn a third use after two wins, and score three points for a win, one for a draw, and zero for a loss.

The full rules

  • A league may have between 2 and 20 members. New leagues can start throughout the season, beginning with the next complete matchweek.
  • There is no draft. Every member gets two uses of all EPL clubs, and multiple members may select the same club in a matchweek.
  • You may make picks for future matchweeks, although each future pick spends a token.
  • After a club wins both of your first two selected matches, you earn a third use. Otherwise, that club is exhausted after two selections; every club is exhausted after three.
  • If you miss a matchweek, you receive a 0–3 defeat: 0 points, −3 goal difference, and 0 goals scored, with no club use consumed.
  • A pick locks when that club’s match begins. Until then, it stays hidden from every other member, including the commissioner.
  • Once locked, your pick becomes visible to the league.
