How to play NCAA Franchise
Draft college football team portfolios, set starters, and work the waiver wire.

The full rules
- A league may have between 2 and 14 members. New leagues can start throughout the season, beginning with the next complete week.
- Commissioners can decide to run a snake draft on Sloopio or enter team rosters based on an offline draft.
- Undrafted teams enter the waivers pool. The number of starters and bench teams depends on roster size.
- Starting lineups are visible to the rest of the league, and they carry forward from week to week unless you change them.
- You can move a team between your starting lineup and bench until either team’s game begins or reaches its scheduled start time.
- The waivers process opens at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday and resolves at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday.
- You can only successfully claim one team via waivers per week. However, you are able to place backup claims in case your favored choices are claimed by another league member with higher priority.
- Waiver priority at the start of the season is based on the reverse order of the draft. Once you successfully claim a team off waivers, you drop to the bottom of the priority list.
- Rosters freeze during the week of the conference championship games. You can no longer make waiver claims, but you can change your starting lineup and bench assignments.
- Conference championships, bowl games, and the CFP playoff games all count.
- Most points wins; cumulative scoring margin from starting lineup teams breaks a tie in the standings.
